Withdrawal from the contract

Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), a customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity has the right to return the goods without delay within 14 days of delivery of the order. providing a reason when withdrawing from a distance contract. The returned product should be of full value, complete and should not bear any traces of use indicating that the product was used other than for the purpose of checking it.

If you wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the returned goods together with the declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent at your own expense to the following address:

Important :

- before sending the product, please send information about withdrawal from the contract in advance by sending an e-mail to the following address:,

- the product should be properly secured during transport,

- the cost of returning the goods is non-refundable. We do not accept any shipments sent "cash on delivery".

- the amount equivalent to the goods resulting from the withdrawal from the contract will be returned to the Customer after receiving the shipment, but no later than within 14 days,

- if it is not possible to print the form, you can prepare it yourself based on the content we have prepared on the website.


If you wish to file a warranty complaint, please complete the complaint form and provide:

- contact details of the buyer,

- date of purchase of the goods,

- order or invoice number,

- name of the product and quantity of the advertised items,

- type of defect:

a) the content of the shipment is inconsistent with the order,

b) damaged product,

c) expired product,

d) other.

- a detailed description of the defect,

- proposed form of complaint processing:

a) replacing the product with a defect-free one,

b) removal of the defect,

c) lowering the price of the goods,

d) withdrawal from the contract.

We will consider the complaint within a period not exceeding the statutory 14 days to respond to the defect and inform the customer about further proceedings.


Please check the parcel before receiving it. If the condition of the packaging indicates the possibility of damage during transport, please check its contents in the presence of the courier. If the goods are damaged, it is necessary to prepare a damage report.
